| Tasting notes | This fortified wine is made from our finest Grenache Noir grapes, harvested at full overripeness, only in the best vintages. During fermentation, the addition of pure grape spirit halts the process, leaving the wine naturally sweet. A long aging period in barrels allows for the integration of aromas and the slow maturation of tannins. The resulting color is a rich mahogany red. The nose is strikingly complex, while the intensely fruity aromas charm the palate — perfect as an apéritif or with chocolate-based desserts. |
