To be well cultivated the vine must be driven (let's not forget that vines originated as a creeper that grew in trees). The structure of the Château Bizard vineyard is defined by the following characteristics:
- the plant / hectare density is 4,000
- rows are all arranged North to South
- rows are spaced 2.50 m apart
- all our vines are fenced with wooden stakes
- the vine training system is bilateral Cordon de Royat
- the vines surface exploited covers only around fifteen hectares
- the exploitable land surface on the property covers 40 ha

Château Bizard produces more than 70,000 necks in white wine, rosé wine and red wine.
