Wine producer since 1862, this 13 ha domain presents an assembly of four white grape varieties. Dazzling youth emanates from the pale yellow colour with green reflections. The nose concentrates on citrus fruits, exploring all the nuances (lime, pink grapefruit, etc.). The palate reveals flesh, roundness and a certain richness. Citrus fruit conclude the tasting with a persistent end note. Fried foie gras should welcome this bottle with open arms.
