Château Bizard grows hillside vineyards, planted with
the most characteristic vine-plants of the Rhône valley. Syrah and Grenache
naturally prevail. Plants of Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot complete the variety
of the grapes. Their organoleptic diversity explains why the wines are so representative.
The policy of the estate comes down to simple choices:
the soil is worked mechanically (no weed killers are used).
The quality of the grapes is always preferred to their quantity.
Modern agricultural growing techniques and a modern fermenting room are used.
